Social Media 101 For Healthcare CXOs

Social media has been a channel that has been overlooked by executives in the past, but I am starting to see the shift in the trend now. I get questioned a lot from many of my peers and colleagues as to how they should start their social engagement and what are some tips for executive users. Who will you connect with on the social media channels? Are you going to connect with everyone? My recommendation is to use social as a vehicle to communicate with the world. If you don’t build up a personal brand and maintain a strong social media presence, you are missing out on the connection opportunity.
